Do we have a book that you want to read?
By clicking on the comments link under this post you can let us know what book you want the library to hold for you. We will only consider requests from Berlin Public Library patrons and do ask that you include your name, address and phone number in the comments so we can verify your status as a patron. If you include your e-mail address we will let you know that we have received your request.
Using your name and phone number we will create a hold list for the book you requested or add you to the existing hold list. You will be called when the book is available.
Because comments on these blog pages are moderated the comments to this post will never be published. We are using this only as a way for you to communicate with us online. After obtaining the information we need from your comment, we will delete rather than post the comment.

Interlibrary Loan Requests & Wish List
Do you have a favorite author, a favorite book, a favorite subject? Is there something you want to read that we don't have?
By clicking on the comments link under this post you can let us know what book you want the library to order. We will only consider requests from Berlin Public Library patrons and do ask that you include your name, address and phone number in the comment so we can verify your status as a patron. If you include your e-mail address we will let you know that we have received your request.
Using your name and phone number we will create a wish list for the book you requested or add you to the existing wish list. If we decide to order the book, you will be called when the book is available.
We make no guarantees about buying the books suggested, but your comments and suggestions will definitely be considered.
If we do decide not to buy the book and it is available at another library, we will consider requesting the book for you to read. Because the interlibrary loan process involves books from other libraries, we are very strict about for whom we will request books. You must in good standing with the library, owing no books or fines and returning your books on time. We will contact you when the book has been received.
